It was 38 days ago that I broke my arm on the racquetball court. My healing has gone well and I played again tonight for the first time in over 5 weeks. It felt good to be back on the court. Tricia and I played a match, and while I tended to take it easy on most of my shots, I did hit a few hard shots, as well as several hard serves, and I didn’t feel any pain. When we were done, my arm felt a bit sore, but I think it would have felt that way after being off for 5 weeks even without the injury.

So, I’m feeling good and can’t wait to get back into a schedule of playing 2-3 times a week.
